PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of abrasion of heel-and-toe in a shoulder block while sufficiently maintaining a water-discharge property and traction performance to the last stage of abrasion in a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: The shoulder block 13 constituting a shoulder block row 12 is divided by both side main grooves 3; a tread end; an outer lag groove 9; a shoulder width direction inner sipe 10; and a shoulder circumferential sipe 11 for connecting the shoulder width direction inner sipe 10 and the outer lag groove 9. The shoulder blocks 13 adjacent in a tire circumferential direction mutually compensate rigidity by these sipes, thereby, suppressing deformation and enhancing eccentric wear-resistance. Further, timing when the shoulder block 13 steps on a road surface and timing when it kicks out the road surface are deviated at a tread end and a tread central part and they mutually constrain motions to each other.
