PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF CONDUCTIVE MASTER BATCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a conductive master batch which can prevent the increase in temperature of the resin upon extrusion, the formation of eye-discharge and the strand-breakage and can also significantly increase the discharge rate. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the process for producing the conductive master batch comprising the steps feeding a carbon-containing filler to a first polyamide in a molten state to melt-knead the mixture and feeding a second polyamide to the kneaded mixture for further melting/kneading of the mixture. The preferable carbon-containing filler is carbon black and/or carbon fibril. The conductive resin composition is produced by mixing and kneading the conductive master batch with a polyamide or a polyphenylene ether. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
