PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house interphone system for enabling a control unit, a room master unit and a control room master unit or the like corresponding to a plurality of systems to perform an operation test by a single unit, and for, even if erroneous setting is generated due to this, performing erroneous setting notification. SOLUTION: In this multiple dwelling house interphone system, at least one of a room master unit 3 and a control unit 2 is provided with system classification setting means 213, 231, 38 and 45 for setting operable a function program corresponding to one predetermined system classification among a plurality of function programs and caution notification means 211, 219, 231, 36, 32 and 45 for comparing the function program of the room master unit with the function program of the control unit after setting the function program operable by the system classification setting means, and for performing caution notification when these programs are not matched.
