PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is stabilized in the electrostatic charge of the toner and with which images stable for long periods can be obtained by reducing the flocculation of titanium oxides to each other in order to solve the problems of an easy tendency to the occurrence of the poor electrostatic charging of the toner and an increase of a fog if titanium oxide surfaces subjected to surface treatment with a titanate-based coupling agent are used as the external additives to the toner particle surfaces, and in which case the titanium oxides are prone to flocculation to each other and the flocculated titanium oxide particles are more likely to desorb from the toner surfaces and consequently, the toner particles do not hold the necessary amount of the titanium oxide particles. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner comprises the colored particles containing at least a binder resin and a colorant and the titanium oxides subjected to the surface treatment with the titanate coupling agent having≤30% solvent soluble component as the external additives to the colored particle surfaces.
