PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof cover for a speaker which is hard to be deformed and can obtain a good soundproof effect. SOLUTION: A soundproof cover 8 on the back of a ceiling panel 4 covering the back side of a speaker 7 installed on the aperture of the ceiling panel 4 is formed of rigid resin in a circular conical shape.
