PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric resonator component with high reliability wherein an earth electrode and input output electrodes are formed with a conductive resin. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric resonator component includes: a capacitive element 30 wherein the earth electrode 32 and a pair of the input output electrodes 33a, 33b are formed on a lower side of a dielectric substrate 31 and a pair of capacitance forming electrodes 34a, 34b electrically connected to the input output electrodes 33a, 33b via side face electrodes 21a, 21b are formed on the upper side; and a piezoelectric resonator element 40 wherein a pair of principal side electrodes 42a, 42b are formed to upper and lower sides of a piezoelectric substrate 41 and a pair of the principal side electrodes 42a, 42b electrically connected to a pair of the capacitance forming electrodes 34a, 34b are fitted onto the capacitive element 30, and is configured such that metallic films 22a, 22b are covered from a part of side face of the capacitance forming electrodes 34a, 34b to the side face electrodes 21a, 21b. Thus, an electric path is ensured between the capacitance forming electrodes 34a, 34b and the side face electrodes 21a, 21b by way of the metallic films 22a, 22b so that the highly reliable piezoelectric resonance component can be obtained.
