PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet in which a mesh-like copper plated layer is hardly damaged during a process of manufacturing an electromagnetic shielding sheet. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet is provided with at least a mesh-like conductor layer 101 on one surface of a transparent substrate 11. In this sheet, the conductor layer 101 contains a copper plated layer, and a proportion of (200) surface strength to (111) surface strength is not less than 50%, where the ratio of the presence of a crystal surface parallel to the surface of the copper plated layer is represented by a surface index peak ratio of a crystal surface specified by X-ray diffractometry.
