PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element in which a luminous unevenness is prevented due to a liquid residue in a bottom of a barrier rib by improving a shape of the barrier rib and a uniform luminescence is realized, and provide its manufacturing method.
