PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently crush massive waste and charge the same into a rotary kiln. SOLUTION: This waste disposal method comprises a process (S1) for finely crushing the massive waste by one crushing process where crushing is performed several times by circulative crushing for scraping up the massive waste crushed by a shearing blade for crushing the massive waste, and crushing the same again, a process (S2) for storing the crushed matter of the massive waste in a storage hopper, a process (S2a) for taking out the crushed matter from the storage hopper by a prescribed quantity and conveying the same to a charging chute, and a process (S4) for charging the crushed matter from the charging chute to the rotary kiln to incinerate the same.
