PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade preventing from occurrence of large burrs on a cut surface even when a multi-laminated sheet material is push cut. SOLUTION: At least a blade edge part of the cutting blade is formed from a powdered high-speed steel sintered compact. In addition to a first blade edge face, a second blade edge face which is inclined at a smaller angle than the first blade edge face from the terminal end of the first blade edge face toward the push cutting direction, and a dull blade edge face which is inclined to the opposite side to the first blade edge face and continued to the first blade edge face, are formed on the cutting blade.
