PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part assembling method and assembling apparatus for a workpiece, properly assembling a part to a hole part of a work in every workpiece, and flexibly coping with the case where one workpiece has a plurality of part assembling positions. SOLUTION: This part assembling method for a workpiece includes: a process of heating the hole part Wa in a workpiece having the hole part Wa to which a part N is assembled by a heating means 2; and a process of inserting the part N in the heated hole part Wa and assembling it.
