PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method of a ground water/a soil which are contaminated with a volatile organic material. SOLUTION: The cleaning method of the ground water/the soil has a pumping well, aeration tank, water injection well and adsorbing tower, and clarifies the ground water/the soil contaminated with the volatile organic compound by hydrogen peroxide, wherein aeration is carried out by microbubbles.
