PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planet ball mill which can easily adjust a cooling amount of a mill pot by a cooling fin. SOLUTION: A cooling fin is formed of circumferencially bipartited separate fin members 12. Flanges 12b arranged at the bipartited end parts of the fin members 12 are energized to their approaching direction by a pan spring 16a, and clamped and locked to a casing 3 of the periphery of a mill pot 5 by a bolt 14 and a nut 15. Thereby, fin members 12 of different radiation amount can be clamped and locked from the outer peripheral side of the mill pot 5 as the mill pot 5 is installed to a mill body and the cooling amount of the mill pot 5 by the cooling fin can be easily adjusted.
