<p>The regulator has a power supply (1) and a temperature sensor (2) sending readings to a control device (3) which controls an electromechanical setting drive (4) for the valve (5) so that the valve is in operation until the room temperature gradient exceeds a set threshold value. The control device suppresses the control of the setting drive for a preset time when the threshold is exceeded.</p>
