PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of virus retrieval and virus extermination processing in a computer system with a storage system as a center, and to improve an execution rate of the virus retrieval and virus extermination processing. SOLUTION: A system management server 10 requires, to a virus retrieval/extermination server 30, the virus retrieval processing to a prescribed main volume of the storage system 20. The virus retrieval/extermination server 30 executes the virus retrieval processing to a sub volume configuring a volume pair with the required main volume in the storage system 20.
