LOTTERY COLLATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND METHOD, ITS PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery collation management device capable of reducing registration work by a user of a purchased lottery ticket for determining a winning lottery, and reducing a load on a server in winning lottery determination process.

SOLUTION: Input of a series of numbers of predetermined digit numbers of a lottery number allocated to the lottery ticket the user purchased is accepted together with user notification destination information, and the user notification destination information and the series of the number of which input is accepted are corresponded and registered in a storage means. A winning number as a win result is read, the series of the numbers of the predetermined digit numbers of the winning number presented by the win result and the series of the numbers registered in the storage means are compared, and the user notification destination information recorded in the storage means by corresponding to a corresponding series of numbers is read. Then, win collation request information for promoting win collation is transmitted to the user by using the read user notification destination information.
