<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component apparatus capable of controlling ON/OFF switching of a vacuum valve without causing delay and variations. <P>SOLUTION: Descent of a head elevating table and a mounting head 23 causes an unmovable light-shielding plate 204 to pass through the space of a detecting sensor 201. Upon receiving a light-shielding signal when the detecting sensor 201 detects a shielded light by a light-shielding plate 204 during passing, a CPU performs control so as to switch ON/OFF of the vacuum valve 161 after a predetermined time elapses after this detecting sensor 201 detects descent of the mounting head 23. That means, the vacuum valve 161 is switched from an ON state to an OFF state in mounting an electronic component, thereby stopping the suction holding state of an electronic component by vacuum suction, and jetting the air from an air supplying source from an lower end of the suction nozzle 51, and the electronic component is mounted on a printed board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
