PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery comprising a secondary battery main body and a circuit substrate integrated by a resin mold. SOLUTION: The battery consists of a battery main body 101, the circuit substrate 102 with terminals 104, 105 for external connection formed on a main surface and a protection circuit element of the battery mounted on a back surface of the main surface, connection members 108, 109, provided with a heat sensitive element, for electrically connecting positive and negative poles of the circuit substrate 102, and a resin mold body 103, fixed to and integrated with the battery main body 101 and the circuit substrate 102 obtained, by filling resin in a space where the battery main body 101, the circuit substrate 102 and the connection members 108, 109 are disposed.
