PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good clicking feel when each pushing region is pushed in a rubber key apparatus provided with a key top part on which a plurality of pushing regions are set to one operating surface. SOLUTION: When a rubber key 53 elastically supported by a skirt part 55 is applied with a load and pushed down to a substrate 60 side, the skirt part 55 is elastically deformed at a point and the load changes. This change in the load gives a user the clicking feel. Then, when a pushing region in an upper direction of a four-direction key 106 is pushed, the rubber key 53 receives the load from the four-direction key 106 and is gradually pushed down. At this time, a line contact state is retained in the four-direction key 106 to the rubber key 53 since although the four-direction key 106 is rotated in a direction of an arrow Q with a supporting point P as a center, a top surface of the rubber key 53 (facing surface with the four-direction key 106) is provided in a stepped shape.
