PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that external connectors are covered by a resin in a battery. SOLUTION: The battery is provided with a battery cell 11, a substrate 13 on the surface 13 of which external connectors 13x, 13y, 13z are provided and which is installed in a state electrically connected to the battery cell 11, a terminal cover 15 which has through holes 15x, 15y, 15z and is arranged on the surface 13c of the substrate 13 so that the external connectors 13x, 13y, 13z may be exposed through the through holes, and a resin molding which fixes these substrate 13 and terminal cover 15 integrally to the battery cell 11. A rib portion 31 which surrounds the external connectors 13x, 13y, 13z and the through holes 15x, 15y, 15z is installed between the surface 13c of the substrate 13 and the opposed face 15c of the terminal cover 15 opposed to it.
