PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for an organic EL panel allowing whether an aging process has been properly executed to be simply determined. SOLUTION: This substrate 100 for an organic EL panel is provided with: organic EL panels 102 formed on a transparent substrate 101; a panel 103 for aging confirmation which is formed on the transparent substrate 101; and aging wires 123 and 124 for supplying an aging voltage to the organic EL display panels 102 and the panel 103 for aging confirmation. In the substrate 100 for an organic EL panel, the organic EL panel 101 has an organic EL layer 107 comprising multiple layers including an organic luminescent layer 120 formed between a positive electrode 105 and a negative electrode 108; the panel 103 for aging confirmation has an organic layer 126 formed between the positive electrode 105 and the negative electrode 108; and the organic layer 126 has an organic luminescent layer 120 identical to the organic luminescent layer 120 of the organic EL layer 107.
