摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band gap reference voltage generation circuit operable under low operational power source, and at the same time, of reducing the area ratio and satisfying the power consumption reduction effect. SOLUTION: The band gap reference voltage generation circuit includes an operational amplifier for inputting first and second voltages and outputting an operational amplified signal; a first voltage generator for outputting the first voltage, in response to the operational amplified signal; a second voltage generator for outputting the second voltage, in response to the operational amplified signal; a common current path unit connected between output nodes of the first and second voltage generators and generating a current path, based on a common voltage level of the first and second voltages; and a reference voltage generator for outputting a reference voltage, based on the operational amplified signal.
