PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access apparatus which can more securely protect important data. SOLUTION: The memory access apparatus 10 has a file system apparatus 14 which manages a logical memory space, and a driver apparatus 12 which stores the corresponding relations between the logical memory space and a physical memory space, and physically accesses flash memories based on the corresponding relations. The flash memories are physically divided into a plurality of strings. The file system apparatus 14 divides the memory space into a plurality of partitions which are assigned with either of RO or RW to manage them.
