PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program structure for software for industrial use which can be configured by using components that are not complicated and can be reused. SOLUTION: In the software for industrial use, which is connected to industrial equipment and executed by the computer for controlling the industrial equipment and acquiring specified information from the industrial equipment to perform processing, layers 110 which is obtained by classifying processing contents to the industrial equipment on the basis of specified standard are arranged in a hierarchical structure according to processing procedures of the software for industrial use. The layers 110 are provided with components 112 for processing messages 113 between the computer and the industrial equipment and a manager 111 for distributing the message 113 in a specific format inside the layer 110 or between other layers 110. The managers 111 receive the messages 113 between themselves and the components 112 inside the layers 110 or the messages between themselves and managers 111 from other layers 110 and transmits the messages 113 on the basis of their destinations.
