PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion anchor for a pinning construction method and the pinning construction method, capable of surely anchoring the expansion anchor in a skeleton by an adhesive. SOLUTION: This expansion anchor 10 is provided for driving a concrete skeleton 2 in an inserting filling hole 8 bored up to the predetermined depth by penetrating through a finishing material 3, and has the cylindrical anchor 11 having a cylindrical body 21 and an expansively opening anchor part 22 and inserted and filled in the inserting filling hole 8 and a driving pin 12 fitted in the cylindrical anchor 11 and push-opening the expansively opening anchor part 22 by being driven in the cylindrical anchor 11. The driving pin 12 has an injection flow passage 33 having a push-opening part 31 for push-opening the expansively opening anchor part 22 and a pin body 32, penetratingly formed in the axis and injecting the adhesive R into the inserting filling hole 8.
