PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrospinning process for a fibrous structure, improved in the fibrous structure's uniformity and production efficiency by a very simple means. SOLUTION: A method for producing the fibrous structure by the electrospinning process is provided, involving using a fabric comprising fibers containing an electrically conductive substance and having a diameter of 1-20μm as a base material for gathering spun yarns.
