PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nuclear medicine diagnostic equipment capable of improving position resolution for obtaining a high-precise functional image. SOLUTION: The nuclear medicine diagnostic equipment includes a plurality of first semiconductor radiation detectors 21a for detecting radiations to output a detection signal, a plurality of second semiconductor radiation detectors 21b for outputting a detection signal different from the first semiconductor radiation detectors 21a in polarity, and a signal processor, connected to the detectors 21a and the detectors 21b respectively for identifying a detector that detects radiations among from the detectors, based on the difference of the detection signals in polarity.
