PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily respond to variation of diameter of a tire of a driving wheel of the vehicle to be tested. SOLUTION: The stationary bracket 15 of the cylinder mechanism 10 is fixed to the support 9 at the back and front of the roller for mounting the tire 5 of the vehicle to be tested, the tire supporting rollers 14 for pressing the tire 5 to the moveable side brackets 13 of the cylinder mechanism 10, and the stopper 20 driven by the motor 18 is fixed on the stationary side bracket 15, and on the moveable side bracket 13 includes the locking part 17 with the operation part 20a of the stopper 20. At the time of elevation of the cylinder rod 12 of the cylinder mechanism 10, the driving time of the motor 18 is set corresponding to the diameter of the tire 5 corresponding to each operation switch of the operation switches 21a-21f, the position of the operation part 20a of the stopper 20 is made to correspond to the diameter of the tire 5, and the position of the cylinder rod 12 is made to stop to the position corresponding to the diameter of the tire 5 by the locking part 17 is locked to the action part 20a.
