PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having superior radiating performance when it is used as a heater core, and preventing increase of ventilating resistance and water flowing resistance. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises a pair of header tanks disposed at an interval to each other, a plurality of flat heat exchanging tubes 7 arranged between the header tanks at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the header tanks in a state that their width direction faces the ventilating direction, and both end portions are connected with the header tanks, and corrugated fins 8 respectively mounted between the heat exchanging tubes adjacent to each other. An internal height Ht of the heat exchanging tube 7 is 1.2-1.7 mm, a width in the ventilating direction of the heat exchanging tube 7 is 18-24 mm, and a fin height Hf of the corrugated fin 8 is 4.0-6.5 mm.
