The mechanism has a cam (3) mounted on an outside shaft (2) and connected to an inside shaft (1) via a mounting mechanism (5) by a radial recess. A sleeve (6) is gripped by the mounting mechanism and inserted into aligned boreholes of the inside shaft. A core widens material of the sleeve within elasticity limits in the area of the inside shaft. The core extends over entire length of the sleeve. The mounting sleeve (6) is designed as rolled flat material in the manner of a tension pin according to EN ISO 8752 or EN ISO 13337.
