<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new endotoxin concentration measuring method and an endotoxin concentration measuring kit, capable of measuring the endotoxin concentration in a simple manner and at high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: This concentration measuring method of endotoxin included in a sample has characteristics, wherein a reversible oxidation-reduction material, having a reactive functional group forming a complex with endotoxin, is added to the sample, to thereby form the complex with endotoxin in the sample, and concentration change of the reversible oxidation-reduction material forming the complex non-forming is amplified selectively on a working electrode, and a current change at that time is measured electrochemically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
