<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment provided with an operation key which can be pressed in order to input various information, capable of notifying a user of the portable electronic equipment only of the operation key effective for fulfilling respective functions. <P>SOLUTION: The portable electronic equipment is provided with a display part 7 having a display screen for displaying at least a part of a virtual screen including the various information such as characters, symbols, and images, and a control part 37 for changing a display part of the virtual screen to the display screen based on pressing operation of the operation key.
