<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a question and an answer registered by specific users, intuitively at a glance. <P>SOLUTION: Registered information comprising the question and answer is associated with a user ID of the user who registered the registered information, and stored in a knowledge information database 15. A control section 11 compares the user ID of the specific user with the user ID stored in the knowledge information database 15, and controls to display a user identification icon which is user identifier coincidence information different in the display form from the user ID, in association with the registered information with the coincident user ID only when the user ID of the specific user coincides with the stored user ID as a result of comparison.
