<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch capable of simplifying wiring processing for a current carrying shutting-off means. <P>SOLUTION: When storing an electromagnetic coil 131 in a coil case 132, the electromagnetic coil 131 is first and annularly wound to correspond to an electromagnetic coil fitting-in port 132a in advance to mold the wound electromagnetic coil 131. Next, a temperature fuse 14 is connected with the molded and fixed electromagnetic coil 131, and a coil cover 134 is fitted into the electromagnetic coil fitting-in port 132a to cover the electromagnetic coil 131 with the coil cover 134. After that, the electromagnetic coil 131 provided with the coil cover 134 is stored in the coil case 132. Resin is poured into the coil case 132 to fix the coil case 132, the electromagnetic coil 131, and the coil cover 134 integrally by resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
