<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reply requests of investigation items from being redundantly requested to the purchase destination of purchase components configuring a product. <P>SOLUTION: An investigation support device 5 specifies purchase components configuring an investigation request object product by using a component DB device 2. Then, the investigation items of purchase components whose investigation result data are not stored in an investigation DB device 3 are specified from among the specified purchase components. Then, the reply request data of the investigation items of the specified purchase components are transmitted to a reply request support device 6.
