PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonsticking rubber composition pellets practically free from mutual sticking which is obtained by coating a rubber composition containing at least a rubber, a reinforcement, and a softener with a thermoplastic resin having a low crystal-melting peak temperature and by cutting the resultant product, and to provide rubber composition pellets having a satisfactory level of mutual sticking. SOLUTION: The pellet is obtained by coating the following core member with the following coating material. The core member is a rubber composition containing rubbers, a reinforcement, and a softener, and satisfies formula (1): stress relaxation Log4=F<SB>100</SB>/F<SB>0.01</SB>>0.090 [F<SB>0.01</SB>: load (N) applied after 0.01 seconds from the time when 20% of compressive strain is provided, F<SB>100</SB>: load (N) applied after 100 seconds from the time when 20% of compressive strain is provided].
