PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-density polyurethane foam with a favorable hardness and moldability, wherein discoloration can be inhibited. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam is obtained by reacting, foaming and curing a polyurethane foam raw material containing polyols, polyisocyanates, a foaming agent and a catalyst. Here, a polymer polyol and a polyether polyol are contained as the polyols, wherein the polymer polyol is obtained by grafting a vinyl monomer to a polyether polyol through polymerization, and the polyether polyol has a molecular weight of 400-1,000 and is obtained through addition polymerization of a polyhydric alcohol and an alkylene oxide. The polyurethane foam raw material contains 10-80 pts.mass hydrate of an inorganic compound per 100 pts.mass polyols. Preferably, the polyols further contain a polyether polyol that has a molecular weight of 2,000-4,000 and is obtained through addition polymerization of a polyhydric alcohol and an alkylene oxide.
