PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide film laminate which suppresses the appearance of wrinkles and/or the occurrence of meandering in laminating, and the utilization of the polyimide film laminate. SOLUTION: This polyimide film laminate has at least two different polyimide layers. When tear strength is measured in a plurality of positions in the width direction of the film, the maximum and minimum values of the tear strength are in the range of≥-20.0% and≤+20.0% of the average value of measured values. The polyimide film laminate can suppress the appearance of the wrinkles and/or the occurrence of the meandering in thermal laminating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
