PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet excellent in the adhesion between its substrate and its adhesive layer and in the adhesivity to adherend, easy to relaminate an adherend, capable of making a high-accuracy processing for an adherend, and enabling the adherend to be easily released without staining the adherend due to residual paste or the like after completing its processing. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet comprises a filmy or sheet-like substrate and an adhesive layer provided on at least one side of the substrate and containing thermally expandable microballoons. In this adhesive sheet, the adhesive layer has a modulus of 1.0×10<SP>4</SP>Pa or higher but lower than 1.0×10<SP>6</SP>Pa at 20°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
