PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method for the presence of the metastasization of cancer, and a therapeutic agent for metastasized cancer. SOLUTION: The diagnostic method of cancer a primary Ewing's sarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma metastatic tissue, metastatic melanoma tissue and liver cancer metastatic tissue is characterized by detecting GPC3 protein in a specimen to be examined.
