PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint method of pre-cast concrete construction beam-column without being required for any introduction of prestress by binding, securing and straining, etc. to the joint of a PCa beam for carrying out erection to connect the PCa beam to a PCa column. SOLUTION: The column provides a first through-hole for each beam upper end main bar insertion and a second through-hole for each beam lower end main bar insertion respectively to a beam joint position in the horizontal direction, the beam is constituted so that the upper part of each stirrup without having the upper end main bar can be exposed, a haunch-shaped step section is provided to the lower bottom surface section in the end section of the connection with the column, a main bar through-hole perforating each beam lower end main bar is formed in the axial direction of the haunch-shaped step section, a main bar through-hole of the haunch-shaped step section is made to coincide with the second through-hole of the column to pass through the beam lower end main bar after the beam provides a shear force transfer means to the end face section of the connection with the column, the beam upper end main bars are arranged in the stirrups to pass through the first through-hole of the column, the first through-hole of the column, the main bar through-hole of the haunch-shaped step section and the second through-hole are filled with grouts, and a concrete is placed in the beam upper end main bar.
