PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating which can be applied to arbitrary known powder coatings without being limited to a specific base resin/curing agent system, can easily and inexpensively be obtained without changing a production process, and forms wrinkle-like uneven pattern coating films having a high designing property. SOLUTION: This uneven pattern-forming powder coating composition is characterized by mixing 100 pts.wt. of a powder coating component with 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin powder coating having an average particle diameter of 10 to 100μm.
