PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose taking-out method and device allowing smooth taking-out of a hose annularly wound by a winding device while reducing labor. SOLUTION: An inside top part of an annular rubber hose H vertically wound several times around a hose winding part 14 horizontally protruding in a cantilevered manner is supported and lifted by a support bar 3. Either side on the inside of the rubber hose H is held in an annular shape to be subjected to diameter expansion by a pair of inner diameter-expansion bars 5 and 5. In this state, the rubber hose H is moved in a free end direction of the hose winding part 14 to be removed, and thereafter the inner diameter expansion of the rubber hose H by the pair of inner diameter-expansion bars 5 and 5 is released. An extruding plate 4b is advanced by an air cylinder 4a, and the rubber hose H is taken out of a tip end of the support bar 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
