PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling machine capable of outstandingly enhancing work efficiency and performing work at a suitable position relative to a retained cargo and a cargo handling machine body. SOLUTION: The cargo handling machine of the present invention has a lifting mechanism 5 constituted movably in a vertical direction and retaining and lifting a predetermined cargo 7; a pneumatic cylinder 20 for driving the lifting mechanism by a pressure of air fed from an air source 21; an air control part 10 for controlling a flow rate and a pressure of air fed/discharged to the pneumatic cylinder 20; and a radio type operation pendant 9 for giving operation command to the air control part by radio.
