PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body rear part structure capable of supporting a load applied to a resin floor pan even when the resin floor pan is designed to be thin. SOLUTION: A hook-like lock part 16 provided by enfolding a top end of a peripheral wall 15 outward is formed on a resin floor pan 13. Meanwhile, a vertical flange F extending upward is formed around an opening 12 for installing the resin floor pan 13, and a hook-like lock part 16 of the resin floor pan 13 is hooked to the vertical flange F.
