PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable bicycle capable of moving around as a bicycle, and as a two-wheel vehicle even after it is folded by using the same wheels. SOLUTION: In this foldable bicycle, folding axial lines are set vertical, and a distance from the two folding axial lines to the center of the front wheel and the rear wheel is set equal to each other so that centers of the front wheel 1 and the rear wheel 2 agree with each other to make both the wheels in parallel with each other when it is folded. In addition, universal direction wheels or stoppers that can be brakes are projected from under middle parts of the upper and the lower folding axial lines to be grounded only in a newly folded state.
