PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve absorbing performance of collision energy effectively using an interval between an opening and closing cover and a car body skeleton member. SOLUTION: A bracket 30 is mounted on a lower surface 14F of an upper wall part 14A of a radiator support upper 14, and a hood cushion 16 mounted on the bracket passes a through hole 50 formed on the upper wall part of the radiator support upper through to the upper side of a vehicle. Consequently, a crushing remainder of the hood cushion 16 doe not remain between a hood 20 and the radiator support upper 14 as folded parts 30B, 30D of the bracket 30 are deformed and move the hood cushion 16 moves vertically downward when closing direction force of more than a specified value of the hood 20 works on the bracket 30 through the hood cushion 16.
