PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canopy structure for a small-sized work machine capable of protecting a driver's seat while keeping the workability of maintenance. SOLUTION: A left side strut 28 comprises a protecting portion 32 vertically extending so as to over the driver's seat 6 from a side before a backrest 6b of the driver's seat 6, a fixing portion 26 fixed on a swiveling frame 5 behind the driver's seat 6, and an arranging portion 31 extending forward from the fixing portion 26 and connecting to the lower end of the protecting portion 32. The protecting portion 32 is disposed in the range D1 of the seat surface 6a of the driver's seat 6, and formed in an upper range from a position lower than the upper end of the backrest 6b.
