PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an agent supplied to the head part of a hair treating apparatus from dripping down to the other part of the hair treating apparatus other than the head part or the inside of the head part in an agent supplying device. SOLUTION: The agent supplying device is provided with a support part 11 for supporting the hair treating apparatus 2 so as to turn the head part 3 of the hair treating apparatus 2 to the lower end part of the hair treating apparatus 2, and the treating agent A is supplied to the head part 3 positioned at the lower end part of the hair treating apparatus 2 by an agent supply part 12.
