The invention relates to a method and device for injection molding plastic parts, particularly by means of multiple cast molding . The inventive device comprises a control/regulating system. The melt is processed by means of a longitudinally displaceable plasticating screw (4), is, according to the intrusion principle, cyclically pushed over into an extrusion plunger (32), and is pressed into the injection mold (7, 8). The melt is processed inside at least one screw (4), and the rotational speed of the screw is controlled/regulated by an automatic system so that a predeterminable position range of the screw displacement path is achieved with constant rotation and the lowest possible rotational speed. The device serves for injection molding plastics, particularly by means of multiple cast molding, and comprises a control/regulating system as well as a longitudinally displaceable plasticating screw for cyclically providing a quantity of melt, and comprises an injection plunger and a melt valve, which can be controlled in the time of the injection cycle and which is provided for introducing the melt into the space in front of the injection plunger. |
